34’ Tiny Home
10’ x 34’
Asking $87,000
Hey Folks!
Welcome to our tiny house page.
This house is very dear to us, there’s lots we love about it. It’s very comfortable for us (and pup) in many ways:
We insulated very well with an extra layer on the floor, it’s cool in the summer and extremely cosy in the winter - also thanks to the wood stove which is our favourite thing in here.
We’ve never felt cramped, we have storage room to spare, 3 separate areas so we can have our personal space if we want. Above all, the trailer/house is 10’wide, if you’ve been in a regular width TH, you’ll feel a huge difference.
Finally, things like the washer-dryer, good quality water heater & cooker makes it easy for us to get those basic things done, it doesn’t feel like we’re camping in that respect. The wood stove & the chance to be parked-up in a woodland meadow does give us the out of the rat-race/off grid vibe. And so does the lower rental & hydro prices. We pay $17 pm for hydro & around $25 pm for propane.
We are a little sad to part with our home, but excited for the next chapter and happy to have been able to enjoy the tiny house life - we can confirm it’s a real thing!
